onArcade 2.3.1 released

onArcade 2.3.1 is a small maintenance release for onArcade 2.3. It does not add anything new, but it fixes bugs that have been found in 2.3.0. Upgrading is strongly advised, because some of these bugs can be very annoying.

Fixed bugs:

• Image verification not working
• Cannot change email address in User CP
• Played on side menu is taken from sessions table instead of users table
• Menu lists not cached
• Template editor not checking if it gets contents
• Should not log referrer, PHP4 gives error
• With register globals template editor does not work
• Template editor sometimes does not allow editing

Instructions for upgrading from onArcade 2.3.0 are in 230to231.txt file, if you are upgrading from older versions then read readme.pdf for upgrading instructions.

There are no security issues, so it is not absolutely necessary, but it would be good idea to upgrade, because these bugs can cause problems (for example it is not possible to change email in User CP).

I am working on Version 2.2.1
Is there a security necessity to upgrade to version 2.3.1 ?
Do not upgrade a negative impact in the future ?
And how to upgrade from 2.2.1 to 2.3.1

I just want to amendments to the files without re-raise new files

README file with version 2.3.1 .. Shows the upgrade from 2.3.0 only
The beta version 2.3.0 is available and there is no file with it explains an upgrade from previous versions

There are no security issues, onArcade 2.3 just adds many new features. But if you do not wish to upgrade to onArcade 2.3 then you should at least upgrade to onArcade 2.2.3, it fixes some bugs that are in 2.2.1.
