hopefully within the next few hours. I was planning to release it today, but it has been so hot today (yesterday, it is already past 24 now) that I had real big problems with concentrating on coding and thus it will be delayed few hours. I have basically finished the beta code and all the features that will be in first beta (there are still some features missing, mostly admin side, that I will add during beta phase), I am currently going through all files, removing stuff that was needed only for development and will soon write installation script, there is also quite big mess in style.css file, but that I will probably fix later when I also go through all template files and give final touch to the template system.

there is area for description, but not for instructions.

which languages are supported in new version?

By default it is in English, I am also going to release Estonian translation some time in the future (I am Estonian) and we'll see... maybe I can find some translators (or they find me) who can translate it to some other languages.
