I was wondering what would you need to do to have a site that allowed downloads of flash games? You know like dazzler Web or Invision Games? Would you need any permissions or could you just setup a site to allow downloads? I know there is a lot of competition out there anyway but was just wondering.

You probably can't just let anyone upload any game. If the game is copyrighted then you can't copy it without permission. There are a lot of games that are copyrighted but only certain people or sites can copy them or allow them to be copied. The best way to know for sure is to contact the manufacturer/owner of the game.
