who here knows/uses http://www.stumbleupon.com ?
for those who dont know what su is:
its a service that you can sign up for (free) and specify the kind of sites you like - then you get yourself the su toolbar for your browser (its safe no spyware su is well known) and you will have the "Stumble" button in your browser. now each time you click stumble, you will be send to a random website according to the interests you specified (for example "games"). once there, you can vote on the site ("like" or "not like") and that will give you even better results for your next site, as the system learns what you like.
now comes the interesting part:
SU is GREAT for getting traffic, highly targeted traffic and its completely free!
all you need to do is add your website to SU (if you click I like on a site thats not in su yet, it will be added) - once your site is in the network, su will send "stumblers" to it and the more people like what they see and click I like, the more traffic that site will get.
now my idea:
we all create SU accounts for us, we add our sites to SU and then we visit each others sites and vote for them - the more I like it each of our websites get, the more traffic they will receive.
Its a free and quick way for getting new users, it only takes 5 min to create acc and vote on the sites.
so what do you guys think, its almost like doing link exchange but much much more efficient!
