1) License is lifetime, however there maybe a charge for major upgrade versions ie. onArcade 3.0 (Hans can throw more light on this)
2) There is an option to add ads before each file loads, either set off/guests only/everyone
3) The included game packs currently are as follows..
10 x 100 (1000 total) none scoring games
2 x 100 (200 total) v2 high score games
These can be added from within the Admin CP direct from onArcade server to your arcade server ie. no need to download to your computer first.
3) onArcade currently supports v2 v3 and v32 IPB compatible high score games.
IPB compatible games are the most popular format for high score arcades and can be found on many sites that distribute high score arcade games.
In 'Market Place' board you will find members selling and in some cases giving away free high score game packs.

Yes, onArcade 3 upgrading fee is still in my plans (it will be much smaller than new license fee), but you may continue using onArcade 2 forever.

it is also possible to install MochiAds games modification, that way you will also have support for MochiAds games.
