عندي نسخة onarcade 1.1 وبغيت ارقيها لـ onarcade 2.2 وكل شي تمام ما عدا اللغة العربية

اسماء الاقسام والالعاب و الوصف حقهم طلع بترميز UTF 8

طلبي هو ابغا اسوي ترقية بدون تغيير الترميز الى UTF 8

onArcade 2.2 can only be in UTF-8, it is not possible to use it with any other encoding (wihtout big modifications). This should not be a problem, because Arabic should be fullly supported by UTF-8.

السكربت onarcade 1.1 بترميز windows-1256 وعندما اعمل ترقية الى onarcade 2.2 يتحول الى UTF-8

اريد ان تتم الترقية بنجاح ويبقى الترميز كما هو windows-1256

لاني لست معني بتحويل السكربت الى UTF-8

As I said, it is not possible to use windows-1256 with onArcade 2.2, onArcade 2.2 is UTF-8 only.

i've upgraded recently from 4.6.1 to 4.6.2.. and i got this weird problem.. all topics titles and text chars are not showing right.. on the older version the encoding was utf-8 and after upgrade it is still utf-8.
does anyone know what could be the problem?

I assume you are talking about PHP version 4.6.2? Can you give me link to your page, it is difficult to say anything without seeing your page.
