Yes, it is possible to upgrade your site to latest version, but you will have to redo your template after the upgrade. Also be sure to back up your database because there have been some problems with upgrading some Arabic sites. What version are you currently using? If it is onArcade 1.1 then I should probably take a look at your database before you upgrade, there have been most problems with upgrading Arabic onArcade 1.1.
