I think Forrest was just about heeled from a broken foot going into that fight. I think he sustained that injury a little while back, training for Tito...so he should get cleared..
As for Tito...think about it, a doctor would not clear you to fight with a "cracked skull", it could lead to brain damage or internal bleeding around the brain which could end a fighter's career. Tito's just a liar, and this time his exuse was so outlandish & stupid..it's not even close to believable.

Oh, that's a serious case especially if the personal injured is really 'badly injured'. Is he at no fault? I think he can receive claim from the reliable party. It would be best if he'll consult a Tampa personal injury lawyer.

After some time away from the arcade scene I've decided to start a new site. I have some exciting ideas about new ways of monetizing and can't wait to try them out. Looking forward to meeting some of the new guys around here.
