Sorry, currently there is no German translation available, but you can translate it yourself, you just have to translate language files.
And yes, it supports IPB Arcade v32 games.
You live in Germany? In this case it is €44 + VAT.

Aha... forgot about PayPal, SWReg (payment processor) charges €3.5 manual processing fee when paying via PayPal. So with VAT and manual processing fee it would be about €56 (VAT in Germany is still 19%?).
Or if you want to pay via PayPal then I can also manually process your payment myself, I am currently not VAT registered and I also would not charge manual processing fee, so this way it would only cost €44. If you want me to manually process your PayPal payment then first register here -
