Are you using the latest version of onArcade (2.2)? onArcade 2.2 uses UTF-8 which resolves all these encoding problems, onArcade 2.1 has lots of problems with languages that are not iso-8859-1.

Thank you for your help! I already know what a problem!
Error was that I did not save files in the correct encoding!
Coming soon finish the translation into Russian.
Maybe you want to get a Russian translation? I would be happy to share!
