I like this script an like to use it to upload video file from youtube and the other site so I like to as what site this script can grap the video from and if i upload MP4 file is it will become flv or it will be shows as it is ?

onArcade can play Youtube and other video sites videos, it can also grab (download) files from Youtube, but it does not convert videos to FLV.

If it play the video from the other site can it prevent the relted video from showing up ?

It depends on the site from where you are embedding your videos from, Youtube allows this - http://www.lahe.mobi/fail/1316-eesti_e-valimised.html - some other might not allow.
