What error you seeing would help
The file public_html/games/includes/config.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ionCube PHP Loader to be installed.

Did you upload the said files in the read me in BIANRY mode as that seems to be what you havent done.

Thats teh error you usuall get when you dont. Have you tired to edit the encoded files?
