Yes - I would honestly change hosts if I were you.
Note the fact that the server went down today again for some time.
I'll even host the site for free on one of my servers if you can give me an idea of the usage etc and possibly in exchange for some advertising or something.

Website was unavailable for several hours today.
And our Onarcade admin panels only work half when the server is down

2 X AMD Opteron 254 Processors - total of 5.6GHZ of processing power
2 X 250GB SATA RAID 1 Hard Drives
4GB RAM
100mbit Internet connection
All the usual stuff like cPanel etc.
I have 3 new sites which I need advertised so I'm willing to come to some sort of deal.

Not necesarily - I'm willing to work out an advertising deal (which would be free to him) rather than a monetary deal. That was my original point.
