I'm an onArcade user, and I am in no way affiliated with Hans product, but I will try to help answer your questions.

Yes, 3 templates come with the arcade but there's a built in template editor and plenty of us that will design a custom template for you, for a fee of course.

It's saved into the database. The users favorite games will show on their profile page, as well as an easy access drop down menu on the left of the site. (Says Favorites with a blue arrow)

You have the ability to install about 2000 games with a few clicks.

To add games in the future beyond any gamepacks you would need to locate your own swf files yes. The arcade has 10 game packs with swf files included, which are easily installed in your admin panel. There are also 10 new gameJacket gamepacks that load external swf files, and I believe Hans (script author) has plans to add more of those gamepacks soon.

Right now there are 10 game packs with 100 games each, and also 10 GameJacket game packs, so there's 20 all together.

*I THINK* you can have as many installations as you want in subfolders of a licensed domain, but not on different subdomains.

one of the reasons I'm asking this questions is that I want to see how's the support for onArcade. I don't expect much because for 44€ it would be ridiculous :-) but I was hoping to see Hans say something :-) that would re insure me that my 44€ is well spent
Ahh, I see. Well if you refresh the homepage enough times (onarcade.com) you can see my testimonial which boasts his support. He checks the forums here several times a day and goes above and beyond to make sure your arcade does what it's supposed to.
I've "broken" my database a time or two and he actually took the time to go into my server and fix it for me, and he always answers my stupid questions, lol.
