OnArcade1.1 have the script but not licensed
I would like license issuance and promotion of Alajdid 2.1
I used Video Library

I want the right way to the work of licensing and promotion

When you buy onArcade license you also get upgrading script that upgrades your site from v1.1 to 2.1 and adds your site to license database (if it is not already there). But since you are writing in Arabic then I assume your site is in Arabic? In that case you should wait till I release onArcade 2.2 before you upgrade, because onArcade 2.1 has some problems with non-ISO-8859-1. onArcade 2.2 uses UTF-8 character encoding and because of that it supports pretty much all languages.
